Refunds & Returns
We try to sort issues quickly and discreetly. If there is a problem with your order, message us first.
Refunds are possible if:
- the parcel was damaged in transit;
- we shipped a wrong item/brand;
- you paid but we cannot deliver to your location.
Refunds are NOT possible if:
- the product was received in good condition;
- the cartons were opened or resold;
- local regulations do not allow returns of tobacco.
How to request
- Send us your order/cart screenshot in Telegram;
- Describe the issue and attach photos (if damaged);
- We will offer replacement, partial refund or store credit.
